ULYANOVSK, June 27. /TASS/. A single-engine plane has crashed in the Penza region, one person was hurt, a spokesman for the local emergencies services told TASS on Monday.

"The plane crashed near the settlement of Oktyabrskoye at about 22:25 Moscow time on June 26. One person was hurt. Details are being verified," the spokesman said.
