MOSCOW, January 11. /TASS/. Moscow Metro authorities consider the No Pants Subway Ride event, involving people taking trains in their underwear, to be violating behavior rules in public places, the subway press service told TASS on Monday.

Earlier on Monday a number of media outlets reported young people wearing no pants took a ride in Moscow subway trains.

"The Moscow metro administration urges to treat the passengers with respect and follow the common rules of behavior," the press service said.

The fact is considered to be a part of the No Pants Subway Ride day, as the name suggests, the event gathers travelers across the globe taking trains, tubes and subways with no trousers on in winter.

"The police is deciding on the legitimacy of such flash mob and searching for the members of the event," the Moscow police said.
