MOSCOW, November 4. /TASS/. Employees of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) are true heroes for whom the concept of duty is not an empty phrase, Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said.

"When we say that [ZNPP] employees are literally being hunted down, this is not a figure of speech. Those who continue reporting for duty, ensuring the safe operation of the power units, and maintaining equipment are true heroes for whom the concept of duty is not an empty phrase. For our part, the entire Rosatom corporation will continue to provide the maximum possible assistance and support to our colleagues, their families, and the residents of Energodar," the Rosatom CEO assured.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are doing everything possible to ensure that as many people as possible witness the victims of their crimes, thereby intimidating the residents of Energodar, according to a statement by Likhachev.
