ALYOSHKI /Kherson Region/, October 30. /TASS/. Residents of the city of Alyoshki in the Kherson Region were allowed to leave either for Russia or Ukraine, Russian human rights ombudswoman Yana Lantratova said.

"Our large convoy has arrived, and the humanitarian aid has been unloaded. Arrangements were made here to provide people with meals. People were gathering, families with children, elderly people, and buses were organized. One group of people is leaving for Russia’s territory, and another group is leaving for Ukraine," she told reporters.

According to the ombudswoman, people were taking their pets with them. "The offices of both ombudspersons are monitoring the situation, so, everything is proceeding routinely. And once we leave here, humanitarian aid will be distributed," she added.
