According to Mikhail Murashko, Russian educational institutions under the Health Ministry enrolled 11,500 students in secondary vocational programs and more than 31,500 in bachelor’s, specialist and master’s degree programs

MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. The number of foreign students at Russian medical universities has increased by 90% compared with 2025, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said.

"The international dimension is also growing, with the number of foreign students in Russia increasing by 90%, almost doubling," he said at a general meeting of the Council of Rectors of Medical and Pharmaceutical Higher Educational Institutions.

The minister added that educational institutions under the Health Ministry had enrolled 11,500 students in secondary vocational programs and more than 31,500 in bachelor’s, specialist and master’s degree programs.
