The Tagansky District Court has previously fined Google multiple times for administrative offenses

MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Moscow’s Tagansky District Court has fined Google 3.8 million rubles ($44,743) for refusing to remove prohibited information, a participant in the proceedings told TASS.

"The court found Google LLC guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure by a website or online information resource owner to remove information)," the source said.

The Tagansky District Court has previously fined Google multiple times for administrative offenses. The citations were issued due to YouTube videos promoting non-traditional sexual relations and discrediting the Russian armed forces.

As previously reported, Google's total debt to the Russian Federation for administrative offenses has reached two undecillion rubles (approx. $23.5 nonillion/a number followed by 36 zeros), an amount that increases daily due to late payment penalties. Meanwhile, the company's return to the Russian market is contingent upon its full compliance with the court rulings.
