Polling stations in the DPR will operate on a reduced schedule from 8:00 a.m. (5:00 a.m. GMT) to 14:00 p.m. Moscow time (11:00 a.m. GMT) on September 20 due to increased activity of Ukrainian drones, Vladimir Vysotsky, chairman of the regional election commission, told reporters.

"Tomorrow we will be voting on a reduced schedule, on a reduced timeframe - until 14:00," Vysotsky said. "The question is when will the chairpersons of the precinct commissions take their protocols to the territorial election commission? And when will the territorial election commissions deliver their protocols to us? As we can all clearly see, at night a pandemonium with drones begins.".
