"Gazprom Arena hasn't entered into any agreements to rent the stadium for the event. There is no such agreement. Accordingly, the concert cannot take place at our venue," it said on Telegram "in connection with the increasing number of inquiries addressed to Gazprom Arena regarding the organization of Kanye West’s concert.".
