MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. The Dayvinchik/Leo match bot on Telegram, which Ukrainian intelligence services used to recruit Russian teenagers to carry out terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage, remains unblocked, a TASS correspondent confirmed.

According to the journalist, joining the bot is possible without paying or registering. It has 13,673,632 users. The chatbot’s description reads: "Meet people, chat, and make friends!"

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) previously reported that Ukrainian intelligence services had drawn 46 young Russians, aged 12 to 22, from 17 regions of Russia into terrorist activities through the Dayvinchik/Leo match bot on Telegram. The FSB has uncovered numerous instances of Ukrainian intelligence services using this chatbot, which is popular among young people, to deceive and psychologically manipulate Russian citizens into carrying out sabotage and terrorist activities.
