MOSCOW, July 21. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to play hockey, but does so infrequently due to his busy schedule, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS.

"Given his busy schedule, he does not play often, but he continues," he said in response to a related question.

On Monday, Putin signed a decree establishing Hockey Day on December 22. The move is aimed at promoting and developing the sport in Russia.
