MOSCOW, May 9. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a reception at the Kremlin that he was glad to celebrate Victory Day among friends and reliable partners.

"Distinguished heads of delegations, ladies and gentlemen, dear friends, I welcome you to the ceremonial reception marking Victory Day. I am sincerely glad to celebrate this holiday among friends and reliable partners," the Russian leader said while addressing guests at the reception.
