MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. The radiation levels around the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant following intense attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces are within normal limits, the press service of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA) of Russia reported to TASS.

"According to radiation monitoring data, no excess of background levels has been recorded," the statement reads.

Earlier, it was reported that the Ukrainian armed forces had significantly increased attacks on the territory adjacent to the Zaporozhye NPP and the city of Energodar recently. Such intensity had not been seen in the last three years.
