MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. The sunny weather in March is almost every day and it is not ruled out that the month will become the sunniest in history, lead expert of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Marina Makarova told TASS.

"This is counted by hours every day. Since the weather is anticyclonic and the Sun shines almost every day, such an assumption is quite possible," she said.

The standard sunshine duration value with consideration of the average cloud cover is 128 hours, she added.
