NEW YORK, March 16. /TASS/. American director Paul Thomas Anderson’s film One Battle After Another has won the Oscar for Best Picture.

Anderson was named Best Director, and Sean Penn won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the movie.

Michael B. Jordan won the Best Actor Oscar for his role in the film Sinners, and Jessie Buckley took home the Best Actress award for Hamnet.

The 98th annual Academy Awards ceremony took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California.
