MOSCOW, December 24. /TASS/. Snow has covered 99% of Russia’s territory, according to leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets.
"As much as 99% of Russia’s lands are covered with snow," the weatherman wrote on his Telegram channel.
There is a 2-cm thick layer of snow in Moscow, and snow outside the Russian capital is between 1 cm and 8 cm thick, he noted.
