MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. A 74-year-old retired man expelled from Latvia has been given a Russian passport, Russian Interior Ministry Spokeswoman Irina Volk said.
"Police in Moscow are giving a Russian passport to a retiree ousted by the Latvian authorities," Volk wrote on her Telegram channel.
