US media conduct propaganda, neglect to cover Russia's position — ex-CIA analyst

NEW YORK, March 31. /TASS/. Leading US media disregard coverage of Russia's position and engage in "one-sided propaganda," former US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) analyst Larry Johnson said.
"Can you name me one person who appears on CNN, MSNBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, or NBC or is quoted in any of the mainstream papers that presents Russia’s position?" he asked. "Tucker [Carlson] may have a handle on it. I’m not sure about anybody else," the expert told the Semafor news website in an interview.
"We used to celebrate our so-called free press, and now it’s a one-sided propaganda campaign," Johnson believes. Furthermore, the expert admits that his trips to Russia made him realize that the country is an "open society."
