MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. Entrepreneur and Telegram founder Pavel Durov confirmed that he has returned to Dubai from France, where court proceedings against him are ongoing, he wrote on his blog.

"As you may have heard, I have returned to Dubai after spending several months in France due to an investigation related to criminal activity on Telegram. The process is still ongoing, but I am very happy to be back home," the businessman wrote.

The AFP news agency reported on March 15, citing sources, that Durov had returned to the United Arab Emirates.
