MOSCOW, December 18. /TASS/. A citizen of Uzbekistan, suspected of carrying out a terrorist attack killing Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his aide, committed this crime to obtain money and a European passport.
"Why did I do this? I was offered $100,000 and a European passport," he said during an interrogation in a video published by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Public Relations Center.
