Putin calls for increased attention to special military operation’s veterans
Russian President noted that their leadership qualities must be fully engaged in tackling national tasks, including within the framework of the Times of Heroes program
MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. The veterans of Russia’s special military operation who returned with injuries must receive special attention and full support, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the 22nd United Russia party congress.
"Extra care must be provided for those who came back home after heavy injuries," he said, noting that their leadership qualities must be fully engaged in tackling national tasks, including within the framework of the Times of Heroes program.
The Times of Heroes program, launched on May 27, 2024, is aimed at training participants and veterans of Russia’s special military operation to be senior officials in government agencies and state corporations. Candidates identified as potential leaders were chosen to be included in the first enrollment group.
