MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. Two individuals from France and Germany were detained near the Baikonur space launch center for attempting to photograph a launch vehicle, a source in the security services told TASS.

"A French citizen and a German citizen were detained at Baikonur when they tried to take pictures of a launch vehicle," the source stated.

TASS has not yet received official confirmation of this information.
