MOSCOW, September 6. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will vote in the election to the Moscow City Duma (the capital’s legislative body) "very soon", Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS.
When asked if it was known when Putin would vote, Peskov said, "It is known."
"Soon. Very soon," the Kremlin spokesman added.
