MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. Ukraine has authorized the option of issuing marriage certificates online, the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation said on its Telegram channel.

To get married by video link, couples should first submit a relevant application online. After a civil registry official certifies their marriage online, the newlyweds should put their electronic signatures.

In a post on his Telegram channel, Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fyodorov gave maximum security guarantees to the service of "getting married in an app" as he said that the procedure will be verified in several stages.
