At least 139 people are reported so far to have been killed in the deadly attack, with 182 others being injured, according to the latest information
MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. A member of the relief team dealing with the aftermath of the brutal terrorist attack and fire late last week at a crowded concert at Crocus City Hall in suburban Moscow reported that the destruction ranged over an area as wide as 7,000 square meters.
"The roof and other structures covering an area of 7,000 square meters have collapsed," he told TASS.
A gang of terrorists attacked the concert venue just outside of Moscow late on March 22. At least 139 people are reported so far to have been killed in the deadly attack, with 182 others being injured, according to the latest information. Eleven suspects in the attack have been apprehended, including all four gunmen, who were detained in the Bryansk Region, southwest of Moscow, as they were attempting to seek refuge by crossing the nearby Ukrainian border.
President Vladimir Putin said in a televised address, citing preliminary information, that the Ukrainian side had prepared "a window" in the border especially for the terrorists to cross undetected. He promised to identify and punish all those who were behind the attack on Crocus City Hall.
