MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. Firefighters have extinguished an open fire at a fuel depot at the Mikhailovsky mining and refining plant (part of Metalloinvest) in the Kursk Region, the Emergencies Ministry’s main directorate for the region said.
"An open blaze at the incident [site] in the town of Zheleznogorsk in the Kursk Region has been put out," it said in a statement.
Earlier, Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit said that the fire was triggered by two Ukrainian drones attacking the depot.
