Russian schoolchildren win four golden medals at international mathematics Olympiad

MOSCOW, March 1. /TASS/. Four Russian schoolchildren won golden medals at the 15th Romanian Master of Mathematics international Olympiad, the Russian Ministry of Education told reporters.
"All four Russian schoolchildren, who took part in the 15th Romanian Master of Mathematics international Olympiad, won golden medals in the individual standings. The kids underwent their competition tests remotely at the Sirius educational center," the ministry said.
The ministry noted that the competition takes place within the framework of preparation for the international mathematics Olympiad, which will take place in the UK in July.
Romanian Master of Mathematics takes place in Bucharest annually. Young mathematicians from around the world take part in the competition.
