VLADIKAVKAZ, December 28. /TASS/. More than 1,500 heavy duty trucks are congested on the Georgian Military Road in the queue to leave Russia, the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry for North Ossetia told TASS.

"More than 1,500 heavy haulers and more than 500 cars are in the queue," a spokesperson said.

About 200 vehicles are immediately close to the border crossing, the regional department of the Emergencies Ministry told TASS. A warming center is operating there. About 3,000 trucks are said to be in the electronic queue. The road is closed for heavy haulers due to weather conditions.
