Police arrest two homeless people who unlawfully entered Moscow's Kenyan Embassy
It is reported that the violators smoked and consumed alcohol in the embassy
MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. Law enforcement officers apprehended a man and a woman for illegally entering the Kenyan Embassy building in Moscow, law enforcement sources reported.
"The incident occurred at the Kenyan Embassy on Lopukhinsky Lane. A man and a woman with no fixed residence illegally entered the diplomatic mission building through the front door, went up to the second floor, where they organized a 'feast' in the kitchen. The law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene detained the violators," the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to him, the violators smoked and consumed alcohol in the embassy. Charges have been filed against the detainees under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Petty hooliganism") and Article 20.17 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the security of a protected object"). The court will soon decide on their punishment, which may include administrative arrests or fines.
