MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. The Russian Interior Ministry has put journalist Masha Gessen on the list of wanted persons, according to data from the ministry.

"Wanted for a criminal offense," the ministry said in a data base post on the person.

News reports earlier said Gessen was being investigated over discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. Some reports said the investigation was prompted by her remarks in an interview with Yury Dud (designated as a foreign agent in Russia).
