MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova has demanded that the Council of Europe and the UN prevent the eviction of Ukrainian Orthodox Church monks from the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, she said on Tuesday.

"I appeal to Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejcinovic-Buric, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk and representatives of international human rights organizations with the demand to do everything possible to prevent the eviction of Ukrainian Orthodox Church monks from the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra," she said on Telegram.
