MOSCOW, June 8. /TASS/. Schoolchildren in Melitopol will have classes in Russian and with a five-point grading scale in a new school year, Galina Danilchenko, head of the military-civilian administration of Melitopol, said in an interview with TASS.
"Of course, on September 1, our children will go to school. Also, the children interrupted the study process for three months and we made an effort to resume it so that the children can complete the school curriculum, receive diplomas, graduate and apply to universities. This school year the children completed according to the curriculum approved for 2021-2022. Since September 1, 2022, the children will have classes with a five-point grading scale and in Russian," she said.
"We pay a lot of attention to our children, their education, physical development, and, of course, leisure. The children should have a peaceful life, walk in a park, ride bicycles, swim in a pool, go to an ice arena. We often organize children’s parties with entertainers, contests and prizes, free rides," the official emphasized.
