MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova has requested assistance from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to release Russian civilian sailors being held in Ukraine, she said on Friday.
"I have requested assistance from the International Committee of the Red Cross to release Russian civilian sailors, who have been illegally held in Izmail in Ukraine for two months," Moskalkova said on her Telegram channel.
Earlier, the ombudsperson said 72 Russian civilian sailors were currently held at a shipyard in Izmail.
