MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. Russia is preparing a report on violations of the rights of Russian nationals and compatriots abroad over an unprecedented Russophobic campaign unleashed amid the special operation in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry Envoy for Human Rights, Democracy and Supremacy of Law, Deputy Director of the Department for Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights Grigory Lukyantsev told TASS on Friday.

"We are currently carrying out work on a new report ‘On Violations of the Rights of Russian Citizens and Compatriots in Foreign Countries’ where we are planning, in addition to Ukrainian issues, to touch upon the issues of an unprecedented Russophobic campaign unleashed in the world amid the commencement of the special military operation," he said.

"Information is also being exchanged with specialized Russian non-governmental organizations that are monitoring the situation on their part," the diplomat added.

All the reports on the situation with human rights abroad are posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry where they can be accessed for familiarization, he said.

These documents are brought to the notice of representatives of international organizations, first and foremost, the diplomat stressed.

"All the reports of the Foreign Ministry have been translated into English," he added, noting that the documents were delivered via diplomatic channels to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and OSCE executive structures.
