MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The state will fulfill all budget obligations in full, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a meeting headed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Monday.

"All budget obligations, social obligations in the first place, will be fulfilled. There are resources for it," he said.

The government is actively cooperating "with constituent entities of the Russian Federation to make sure the obligations of regions planned for this year will be fulfilled in full," the minister said, adding that "all necessary measures have been taken to provide the planned decisions with financial resources.
