MOSCOW, February 8. /TASS/. Certificates of vaccination against or recovery from COVID-19 will be issued on the basis of positive tests for antibodies from February 21, the Russian health ministry said on Tuesday.

"The Russian health ministry has entered corresponding changes into the COVID certificate form. The executive order will come into effect from February 21," it said.

Such certificates will be valid for six months, with no extension option.
