Moscow reports 1,701 daily coronavirus cases

Seventy-four coronavirus patients died in the past 24 hours, according to the anti-coronavirus crisis center

MOSCOW, February 2. /TASS/. Another 1,701 coronavirus cases were confirmed in Moscow in the past 24 hours, which is the lowest number since September 25. A total of 933,810 people in the Russian capital have been infected so far, the anti-coronavirus crisis center told reporters on Tuesday.

According to the crisis center, the daily growth rate stands at 0.18%. The authorities reported 2,037 cases a day earlier.

Seventy-four coronavirus patients died in the past 24 hours, a total of 13,569 fatalities have been reported so far.

Another 5,012 patients in Moscow recovered in the past 24 hours, with the number of recoveries reaching 824,623. At present, 95,618 people continue treatment.
