Russia documents 17,648 cases of COVID-19 in 24 hours

MOSCOW, February 1. /TASS/. Russia has documented 17,648 cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, which is the lowest figure since October 28, 2020. The overall case count has reached 3,868,087, the anti-coronavirus crisis center informed reporters on Monday.
The daily increase rate has reached 0.46%.
The lowest increase rate has been documented in the Tuva Republic (0.1%), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Magadan Region, the Chechen Republic, the Altai Republic and Moscow (0.2%).
In the past 24 hours, 2,037 COVID-19 cases have been documented in Moscow, 1,842 in St. Petersburg, 1,068 in the Moscow Region, 468 in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 373 in the Voronezh Region, 372 in the Rostov Region.
Currently, there are 476,295 active COVID-19 cases in Russia.
