Authorities don’t exclude new wave of coronavirus in Moscow, Deputy Mayor says

MOSCOW, January 15. /TASS/. Moscow authorities don’t exclude the emergence of another wave of the coronavirus after winter holidays, Deputy Moscow Mayor Anastasia Rakova stated on Friday.
"We cannot exclude another wave taking into account the past New Year holidays and the way the situation in Europe unfolds," she told journalists on the sidelines of the Gaidar Forum.
According to her, as soon as other Russian vaccines are delivered to Moscow, they will be immediately distributed to all vaccination stations. The same procedure will be followed when a foreign vaccine is registered in Russia.
The deputy mayor added that so far Moscow hasn’t planned on delivering medicines to other regions of the country, there were no requests of this kind.
