Moscow authorities decided to begin the second stage of withdrawal of coronavirus restrictions starting June 1, 2020. Many retail and services industry businesses will be allowed to reopen. Citizens will also be able to walk outside using a schedule system and all parks except for Zaryadye Park will reopen.
