MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. Seven coronavirus patients died in Moscow in the past 24 hours, the city’s coronavirus monitoring said in a statement on Saturday, adding that the deceased had chronic diseases and cancer.

"Over the past 24 hours, seven patients with the coronavirus died in Moscow," the statement reads.

Deputy Mayor Anastasiya Rakova said that another 26 coronavirus patients have recovered in Moscow.

"Over the past 24 hours, 26 patients were discharged from hospitals, the total number of recoveries has reached 194," she pointed out.

Meanwhile, over 430 new coronavirus cases were identified in Moscow in the past 24 hours, the city’s coronavirus monitoring center said. According to the center, 210 new patients are aged between 18 and 45, 143 are aged between 46 and 65 and another 67 are older than 65. At the same time, coronavirus has been confirmed in 14 children. All patients and their close contacts remain under medical observation.
