MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited Arslan Kaipkulov, a 15-year-old high school student from Russia’s Bashkortostan, who earlier visited the presidential plane as part of the Dream With Me project aimed at fulfilling the dreams of seriously ill children, on a tour around Moscow.

During a phone call, Putin asked the teenager how long he had spent in Moscow, and whether he had seen anything except the airport and the presidential plane.

The Russian leader stated that he is glad that the boy’s dream to visit the presidential plane came true, and offered him a tour of Moscow during the festive season. "If you don’t mind, it would be interesting both for you and for him," Putin told the boy’s mother. He wished happy holidays to the family, and Arslan’s mother added that they have prepared a gift for the president: a scarf. The Russian president thanked the family for their gift.
