MOSCOW, April 24. /TASS/. A Moscow court has fined a lawyer who consumed a file from the materials of his client’s drunk driving case and sent him to a drug rehabilitation center, the court’s press service said.

Attorney M.P. Bushin who defended a woman accused of drunk driving came to court and ate the alcohol tester’s sheet.

"Bushin was fined 50,000 rubles ($811) and ordered to undergo treatment for drug addiction and medical rehabilitation," the court said, adding that the lawyer pled guilty and did not file an appeal.
