MOSCOW, October 10 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian Labour Ministry will not assist Edward Snowden in securing a job, Maksim Topilin, the labour minister, said on Thursday.

“Providing jobs is not among the ministry’s functions. It only works out normative legal acts,” Topilin stressed, answering the question of reporters. The minister said matters of employment were dealt with in regions.
