WASHINGTON, August 8 (Itar-Tass) - U.S. President Barrack Obama will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit in St. Petersburg. However, the two presidents have no plans for a bilateral meeting, White House spokesperson Jay Carney said on Thursday.
