BAIKONUR COSMODROME /Kazakhstan/, March 21./TASS/. The Soyuz-FG rocket carrying the manned spacecraft Soyuz MS-08 has blasted off from the Baikonur space site in Kazakhstan, carrying the crew of three astronauts, TASS reports from the site.
