MOSCOW, July 15. /TASS/. Russia’s Aerospace Force will hold three more launches of carrier rockets until the end of this year, Russian Armed Forces’ Armament Chief Anatoly Gulyayev said on Friday.
"Three launches are scheduled before the end of 2016 and preparations for them are under way in accordance with the approved schedules," he said on Single Military Output Acceptance Day.
On March 24 and June 4, the Soyuz 2.1 and Rokot carrier rockets delivered Bars-M and Geo-IK military satellites into designated orbits for Russia’s Defense Ministry, the armament chief said.
"As regards supplies for the Space Troops, they have received a Soyuz 2-1b three-stage medium-class carrier rocket and eight mobile three-coordinate medium-and long-range radars," he said.
