MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. The temperature in Moscow reached 25 degrees Celsius on Friday, beating the 90-year record of 22.5 degrees.
"Moscow has not witnessed such a warm September 25 in the entire 140-year history of meteorological records," the city’s weather service said.
After a relatively cold summer, Russia's capital has enjoyed a balmy September for almost two weeks.
