The rocket launch was successful, the Defense Ministry said

MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. The Russian Aerospace Forces have successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b rocket with a military satellite from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, the Defense Ministry said.

"At 1:22 a.m. Moscow time on Monday, March 3, a combat crew of the Aerospace Forces successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b medium-class rocket carrying an orbital vehicle in the interests of the Russian Defense Ministry from the Russian Defense Ministry's State Test Cosmodrome (Plesetsk Cosmodrome) in the Arkhangelsk Region," it said.
