MOSCOW, December 6. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin is confident that the country has every chance to once again become a great scientific power.
"Russia continues enhancing its technological sovereignty. There is every foundation to restore us as a great science-tech power," Mishustin said, addressing the Knowledge. Lecture Hall project.
"We have practically unlimited access to quality food, clean water, and energy. These factors will largely determine the development of any state," the prime minister noted.
According to him, Russia needs to "restart modern high-tech industries - electronics, machine tools, engines, shipbuilding, and aviation, all kinds of unmanned aerial vehicles, transportation engineering, critical chemistry, to create new drugs, and essential medical products."
