MOSCOW, April 12. /TASS/. Three rocket launches from the Vostochny Cosmodrome are planned for this year, with the first scheduled to take place in late spring, says Ruslan Mukhamedzhanov, CEO of the Ground Space Infrastructure Operation Center (TsENKI).
"Overall, three [launches are planned]. The first - in May," Mukhamedzhanov said, answering a question from TASS Wednesday.
In particular, the cosmodrome will be utilized for launch of the first lunar mission in modern Russian space industry’s history, the "Luna-25." Earlier, Roscosmos told TASS that the mission launch is planned for July 13.
